Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Haus Gisela, I encountered a culinary experience that resonated with my palate. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting-perfect for enjoying meals while surrounded by tasteful decor. Breakfast was a highlight; the fresh bread rolls, served warm upon request, were a good touch. As a wildlife conservationist from Nairobi, I've developed a keen appreciation for artisanal foods, and these rolls reminded me of local African homemade bread-a comforting find so far from home. I also indulged in various breakfast dishes, each thoughtfully prepared, focusing on seasonal ingredients that echoed a balance between innovation and tradition. My dining experience at Haus Gisela was not merely about the food; it was an exploration of flavors in a serene setting. For anyone seeking culinary adventure and a taste of local essence, this place is worth a visit. If you're a food enthusiast looking to indulge your senses while exploring new horizons, take a trip to Haus Gisela; you won't be disappointed.
